Description		The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your purchasing skills in a well established and stable organisation within the construction sector. The Buyer is responsible to the Supply Chain Manager for the provision of a comprehensive procurement service. The Responsibilities: Participate fully as a partner of the team Sourcing all materials and consumables required by the group Placing Purchase Orders to cover every purchase Dealing with quotations and enquiries relating to the above Liaising with Suppliers and Internal Departments Making sure all delivery timescales are met Communication with Internal Stores, placing orders. Dealing with account queries Liaising with quality assurance Monitoring supplier performance and the update of the supplier database Distributing weekly and monthly reports General filing duties, which include distribution of all purchase orders and reports generated by the Procurement Department. The Organisation : Leading Uk Organisation within the Construction Sector.
