Description		DYNAMIC, EXPANDING FOOD RETAILER IS SEEKING A RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER TO HELP MANAGE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF REGION . Our Client is a rapidly expanding food retailer who is now looking for a Retail Operations Manager to be based in the West of England Area . With more growth planned , my client needs an experienced and dynamic retailer , to manage the existing regional and area managers, as well as plan and implement future growth strategies. For this they are offering an excellent package, worth c. �115,000 p.a., as well as an excellent training programme and clear career strategy. You will be; .An experienced Regional or Area Retail or Operations Manager, preferably within the food retail industry, or at least with recent food retail experience. .A proven Team Leader, who enjoys, motivating, empowering and developing their team. .An able strategist, who can see the 'bigger picture', and can implement those plans within company guidelines. .Able to analyse and act on a wide variety of Data. .An experienced marketeer, able to drive through to increased sales, but not at a cost to the bottom line. .Understand future and present customer needs and ensure these are met on a regional, area and store level.
