Description		Concession Manager � Leading Fashion Brand Ref � Rec09062 Location � Manchester Salary - �16,000 - �20,000 My Client is currently looking for a Concession Manager to join this iconic leading fashion brand. This is a great opportunity to join a well established high street brand and develop a progressive and rewarding career within the business. Your role will be to maximise sales and profitability, whilst maintaining effective running of the store and its team. Key Responsibilities include: Driving sales and excellence in customer service Commercially aware of competitors and fashion trends Ability to Lead and motivate your team to achieve KPI's Ability to train and develop the team to achieve high productivity Ensuring high standards of Visual Merchandising and store standards Ability to manage stock and always making sure the back-of-house is operationally sound Ability Recruit and retain employees in the business whilst continually coaching and developing to ensure internal progression plan is achieved by the company.
