STORE MANAGER

THE ROLE

The role requires a very customer focussed and sales driven manager. The applicant must have a good level of commerciality and be a lateral thinker that is always looking for ways to increase business; this may be building business to business links, expanding the formal wear reach or liasing with buying teams to increase stock levels of best sellers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Team communication rewarding all company matters
•Training, developing and motivating your team
•Maintain store and visual merchandising standards to the highest possible levels
•Ensure that product knowledge is of the highest possible level in order to drive sales and deliver customer satisfaction
•Achieving store targets and KPI's on sales, profit and expenditure
•Ensuring excellent levels of service at all times
•Pro- active focus on driving sales opportunities
•Control of stock inventory to reduce stockloss
