You will be a customer focussed manager, possess a passion for driving sales and profitability, with a dedicated approach to developing a great team. The role requires a very customer focussed and sales driven manager. The applicant must have a good level of commerciality and be a lateral thinker that is always looking for ways to increase business; this may be building business to business links, expanding the formal wear reach or liasing with buying teams to increase stock levels of best sellers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES �Team communication rewarding all company matters �Training, developing and motivating your team �Maintain store and visual merchandising standards to the highest possible levels �Ensure that product knowledge is of the highest possible level in order to drive sales and deliver customer satisfaction �Achieving store targets and KPI's on sales, profit and expenditure �Ensuring excellent levels of service at all times �Pro- active focus on driving sales opportunities �Control of stock inventory to reduce stockloss IDEAL CANDIDATE �Commercial drive and awareness with the ability to identify potential sales opportunities �Passionate about meeting customer expectations �Ability to meet and exceed targets �Lead by example with a �can do' attitude �Ability to inspire your team �First class communication skills �Enjoy meeting targets and take pride in maintaining corporate image of the company �Prioritise, forward plan and be a great organiser �Ability to work on your own initiative �Strong team leadership skills �Ability to influence in order to achieve business goals OUR CLIENT Our client has been a prominent fashion retailer on the high street for many years selling high quality garments at competitive prices.
