Store Manager

Salary - £30,000

The role

As a store manager with our client, you will lead your team in a fast paced, varied and rewarding environment enjoying a high level of autonomy in your store. You will enjoy full responsibility for every aspect of the store and work closely with your team in providing a pleasurable shopping experience for customers. You will have a passion for retail excellence and earn the loyalty of your staff creating real team spirit.

You will:

- Have complete autonomy to manage your own store

The individual:

- Senior retail experience in a fast-paced and high volume retailer, or equivalent sector
- Be a proven people manager
- A clear understanding and proven achievement of KPI's
- A passion for retail excellence, standards and customer service
- The ambition to drive your team and store to a higher level of retailing
- The talent to apply performance management and succession planning in store
- An honest and professional approach
