My client is looking to recruit a proven Trainer to strengthen our successful training team and support the growth of our business.
Reporting to the Operations Training Manager, you will be responsible for implementing training across different levels of our franchised stores operations.

Ideally you will have experience in delivering Management Development Programmes and operational training from within a branded retail or service environment.
As a true team player, you will have exceptional influencing and interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering 1-2-1 and group training sessions along with follow-up support.

Ideally CTP qualified, what it is essential is your passion and flair for developing people.
