Position: Category & Trading Manager / Buyer – Purchasing
Location: Wolverhampton, West Midlands

The Well Established and Highly Successful Wholesale Division of A F Blakemore and Son Limited is undergoing another exciting period of development.
Therefore, we are now seeking to recruit a: Category and Trading Manager / Buyer
As a key member of the Management team, with responsibility for selecting depot ranges, negotiating and managing cost prices, overriders and promotions and setting selling prices, negotiating and influencing skills are key in this role along with the ability to monitor and achieve a budgeted margin.
Well developed interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external customers at all levels creating and sustaining effective working relationships, the drive to succeed in a fast moving and competitive industry is essential as is the necessity to be a solid team player committed to achieving company objectives.
