The main focus of this role will be to ensure our team achieve and exceed sales targets whilst providing outstanding customer service. Your daily responsibilities will include carrying out continuous assessment and development of staff, optimising footfall and conversion through effective merchandising and presentation of the store and managing health & safety for the store.

It is essential that you have a real passion for providing exceptional customer service. You will need experience within a store management role in a customer service retail or hospitality background. You must have the ability to implement procedural change, understand store targets and the drivers behind them and have the confidence to coach and give feedback effectively.
