To be successful with the position you must have extensive experience as an assistant store manager, preferably from a supermarket, DIY or mixed goods blue chip environment. It is important that you consider yourself to be a hands-on person that can work to your own initiative and has a good commercial understanding of working towards KPI's and excelling at creating top store standards & excellent customer service!
