Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical and Electrical)

Our client is one of the world's leading producers and distributors of premium products in the Food and Beverage industry. They are now looking for a number of Maintenance Engineers to work as part of an operating team, supporting high performance production lines with full ownership and accountabilioty for safety, product quality and line performance.

As part of the Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical and Electrical) role you will identify and rectify root causes of running faults within the machinery and encompass all aspects of maintenance activities and machine improvements, including asset care activities working alongside and supporting production colleagues.

Ideal candidates for the Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical and Electrical) position will:

+ Be qualified in Engineering to NVQ3 (or equivalent) in Engineering Maintenance
+ Have experience of preventative and reactive maintenance on production or packaging machinery
+ Be willing to contribute to the success of the department by working in a multi skilled manner
+ Have experience of operating high speed production or packaging equipment
