The role of a Store Manager is to manage KPIs performance through the effective management of the team, delivery of excellent customer services and management of stock and standards. You will be given autonomy unusually found at this level to approach your role in a strategic & customer focused fashion. You will be expected to demonstrate a rounded skill set with your key strengths being within people management & driving sales.
You will be currently a strong supervisor or an Assistant Manager looking for a new and exciting challenge.
