Responsible for overseeing all store activities you値l lead and inspire your team to exceed expectations and meet specified targets and deadlines by demonstrating unrivalled levels of customer service, as well as a thorough knowledge of all Claire痴 products and services.

You値l make sure your store is maintained to the highest standards and sparkles as much as the people and products within it. Using your excellent visual merchandising skills you値l also adapt your store痴 configuration to maximise sales and increase your store痴 turnover. To achieve all of this, you値l devise and implement staffing solutions to ensure every customer receives exceptional service, and each member of your team is challenged and fulfilling their potential to exceed all expectations.

Reporting directly to the District Sales Manager, you値l also take responsibility for recruiting, developing and managing Store Assistants, whilst creating a fun and motivational working environment.

With infectious enthusiasm and an inspirational leadership style, you値l be able to demonstrate solid management experience in retail, leisure or hospitality, during which time you値l have honed your exceptional organisational, problem solving and leadership skills. You値l also need to be educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) with excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
