An experienced Manager is required for an established FMCG company based on the outskirts of Canterbury. You will oversee a large pack house and duties will include recording disciplinaries, handing out payslips, monitoring breaks and timekeeping, overseeing achievements and areas of improvement and making sure that communication between staff and line leaders are being maintained effectively.
It is essential that you have managed staff within an FMCG environment, ideally within a pack house, have excellent administration and IT skills and are able to communicate at all levels.
Own transport is essential due to the location. Hours: Shifts, 6 days out of 7.
