This leading retailer is recruiting for a Homewares & Seasonal Buyer to join its established team. You will be responsible for ensuring the buying, supply and development of your product range to achieve targets and maximise turnover and profitability.

Responsibilities
- Plan and develop a profitable and commercial product range
- Negotiate and monitor terms with suppliers
- Drive cost down within supply base
- Maintain sales and profit according to budget
- Responsible for the promotional programme to maximise profit and sales
- Develop and manage the performance of the buying team

Applicants will need to have strong retail buying experience ideally within a related category. You will have strong negotiation and communication skills and ideally be educated to degree standard, or equivalent, with excellent interpersonal skills.
