Retail Manager needed for the Llandudno Area

• Large and expanding entertainment and toy retailer, opening 20 plus stores this year
• Focusing on man management and driving sales through merchandising, customer service and hard work
• Top retailer in their market
• Average store selling space of 20,000 sq ft
• Over 20,000 product lines in store across a broad spectrum

THE ROLE OF THE RETAIL / DEPUTY / DUTY STORE MANAGER:
• Total staffing of around 30 staff.
• You will be responsible for directing sales, and delivering profits
• Using your initiative to merchandise products
• Looking after the store in the manager’s absence is required
• You will have total autonomy within one of the top performing stores in the company
• Being extremely commercial and acquiring business from outside the store

THE CANDIDATE FOR THE RETAIL / DEPUTY / DUTY STORE MANAGER:
• Have experience in managing similar sized sq foot stores or teams
• Retail management experience in a volume retailer
• Providing strong customer service
• Good track record in driving sales
• Strong passion for retail
