You値l help to lead and inspire your team to meet specified targets and deadlines, and know all there is to know about our glittering array of products. You値l contribute to the overall performance of the store by driving sales at every opportunity, whilst making sure every customer receives exceptional levels of service and enjoys their visit to Claire痴.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will ensure that in-store presentation of products is perfectly executed, and where necessary adapt the planned product layout to deliver a commercial customer focused service. To ensure every customer receives exceptional service you will develop and challenge all your store team so they can exceed all expectations.

With infectious enthusiasm and an inspirational leadership style, you値l have some management experience in retail, leisure or hospitality, during which time you値l have developed your organisational, problem solving and leadership skills. You値l need to be educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) with excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
