Area Manager opportunity

Job description

Responsible for the overall operational management of 18 to 20 fast paced stores. This experienced Area Manager will work closely with the regional support team to deliver agreed KPIs as well as to lead, coach and develop their team.

Description of duties

- To deliver Area Key Performance Indicators within budget

- To deliver results in line with the Company Values

- To lead and manage the store teams to deliver the retail and regional business plan

The ideal candidate will already have Area Management experience and an understanding and fit with the Superdrug leadership capabilities.

In addition the candidate will be able to demonstrate:

- Delivering results through others by active coaching and performance improvement.

- Driving improvements in store standards.

- Improving Service Standards.

- Building and delivering robust operational business plans.
