This Global Healthcare company is seeking an ambitious individual to continue their growth, success and innovation within the personal diagnostics market. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a Consumer Retail Marketing Manager within the Diabetes Division.

You will lead the development and effective implementation of "Consumer" and Retail Marketing programs and initiatives, developing an integrated marketing strategy and tactical action plan.

Leading a team of Marketing professionals and the Retail National Accounts Team, you will be responsible for planning, organising and directing Retail sales activities in the UK and Ireland. Planning and monitoring budgets, coaching, training and developing your team and Customer Care operations will all fall within your remit. You will manage effective implementation of CRM/Database marketing initiatives, Internet programs and systems to enhance greater brand loyalty.

Innovative and creative with proven marketing success in multiple segments and Product/Brand Management (forecasting, pricing, budgeting), you have strong, proven managerial skills for coaching, development, and team building. Qualified to at least CIM Diploma level or with an equivalent marketing/business degree you ideally come from the Medical OTC Consumer / Customer / Retail Marketing arena and have relevant sales experience and a good understanding of CRM and Data Warehouse systems.
