As a General Store Manager working for such an expanding, fast moving business you will be expected to deliver at every level but in turn rewarded fantastically well. My client is looking to identify a possible Regional Manager replacement in the years to come.

The Company:

Hugely successful, recently restructured leading non food retailer with over 200 stores across the UK. Store turnovers range from £5m - £15m. New Executive team breathing fresh life and ideas into established business. Part of a major UK based retail and service group PLC where opportunities are boundless.

The Role:

All of the Store Managers will have direct control over their own large square footage store, the business mentality is running your business as your own business.

As a General Store Manager, this autonomy will extend to you.
Covering the usual duties of a General Store Manager you will guide your team of to success through your effective coaching and leadership. Working for such an expanding, fast moving business means your aspirations for larger roles can be realised extremely quickly.

About you:

You must have:
- Previous experience with a volume retailer
- Previous experience as a Store Manager, controlling a large + profit and loss.
- Previously been promoted
- Hold a full UK Driving License

You should have:
- Strong commercial acumen
- Thorough understanding of P&L
- Big ambitions
