**Procurement and Inventory Executive 6 MONTH CONTRACT**

**Colindale, North London**

** £24,000-£27,000 Incl OTE

A great opportunity to join this dynamic, professional and independent IT distributor based in North London working in their operations division.

1 Year minimum experience is essential in the IT sector for either a distributor or reseller. Having an understanding of hardware and software products and being tech aware would also be beneficial.

The role:

In-stock Management - Driving in-stock availability
Forecasting - Responding to and ensuring order coverage for range and seasonal forecasting at SKU level
Inventory management - sales and operation planning, capacity planning and inventory health
Vendor management - Drive vendor compliance, maximise supply chain efficiencies, initiate operational reviews, manage intake plans and seasonal order management.
Supply chain management - workload and capacity planning
Liaise and build relationships with key vendor contacts in order to receive timely and accurate information in regards to product availability.
Monitor overall stock levels and escalate overstock/under-stock situations. This will require high level forecasting reviews including historical and future sales data. Work with the vendor and sales team to resolve.
Maintain the Oracle based system to ensure the most accurate information is always available to the company.
Ensure the company’s legal requirements are met with respect to the purchase and transportation of goods.
Manage the return of all stocks including License LODs, Excess/Aged/EOL/Faulty
Liaise with Bought Ledger to ensure agreed payment is received from the vendor for the returned, replaced or destroyed goods.
The successful candidate will be educated to at least A Level standard, highly PC literate with an understanding of SAP, will be able to use and will be able to understand IT related terminology and will be a strong team player!
