Store Manager (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)

As Store Manager you will report directly to the Cluster Manager and be ultimately responsible for all operational and commercial activities within your store. Through strong leadership and effective people management your team will deliver excellent customer service whilst maximising sales and profitability.

Key Accountabilities

*Full P&L responsibility and continuous delivery of all store KPIs

*Recruit, train, motivate and develop all store based colleagues.

*Maintenance and delivery of all operational controls including store audit results.

*To be an ambassador of the M&P brand values at all times.
