Babywear Designer - Luxury Brand

THE ROLE

Reporting to our Design Manager and as part of our design team, you will have responsibility for designing a selection of Babywear including both boys and girls garments.

From inspiration trips and collating trend information through to producing worksheets for the factories, you will act as a brand guardian by producing ranges which reflect both our passion for product and design heritage.

Working alongside our Graphic Designer you will contribute to new characters and stories which both enhance and extend our current Babywear ranges.

THE PERSON

You will be able to demonstrate through your design portfolio a sophisticated, European handwriting coupled with a strong commercial understanding of design.

Having previously gained experience within a recognised clothing brand, you will be accustomed to working within a highly creative, design led retail environment and be committed to a career in design.

With a relevant Design Degree or equivalent you will have already gained experience of designing Babywear or Childrenswear garments and be confident when using both Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
