Assistant Purchasing Manager

This is an opportunity to work for one of the UKs leading manufacturing companies based in South London.

You will be responsible for all Direct Buying with in the business, plus provide assistance to the senior board, implementing Procedural Change, Market Analysis, Supplier Forecasting and ERP cleansing.

You should have a strong and recognised history working within a manufacturing environment and be able to lead by example, providing training to junior members.

It is vital that you possess excellent negotiation skills, confident in sustaining long term relationships with organisational skills as key.

An ideal candidate would have come from a Goods for Resale background and be happy to travel at short notice.
