Job Brief
Our client is a Global provider of promotional merchandise for some of the UK`s leading brand names. Due to continued successs they are looking to recruit mandarin speaking staff in the follwoing area`s:
• •Duties will include all activities related to procurement, finding, evaluating and engaging suppliers of goods and services
•Obtaining competitive pricing for all products sourced and preparing and accurate quote for clients, based on all known costs from suppliers whilst maintaining quality and delivery times at all times
•Obtaining sales orders from clients and ensuring the accurate preparation of purchase orders for those procured products.
•Taking briefs, working on briefs including new product design concepts and existing items, sourcing products globally, processing orders and monitoring project progress.
•Maintain effective lines of communication with both customers & suppliers.
•To ensure that all costs are accurately charged to clients.
