As Regional Manager of the Visual Merchandising team you will also be a member of the senior management team.

The successful applicant will be charismatic, dynamic and enthusiastic, with various levels of experience of Regional roles and managing a team of VM’s. They will drive to get their sleeves rolled up and have a hands on approach whilst maintaining a commercial and strategic focus.

Ideal Candidate:

• Must have experience of senior visual merchandising management within the fashion sector
• Commercial retail management experience (at senior level)
• Proven record of achieving individual and store objectives
• Consistently maintains visual standards
• Increase sales from key visual sights
• Consistently maintains housekeeping standards
• Meets deadlines for promotions
