Assistant Manager - Colliers Wood

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Deputy Manager, leading and overseeing the Sales Consultant population. Through effective sales floor management, leading by example, and the training and development of the team, you will drive sales and profitability.

Key Accountabilities:

* To support the management team in setting and achieving commercial and service objectives.

* Train, develop and motivate the sales consultant population.

* Communicate daily targets, brand ethics, operational and product information to the sales team.

* Act as a role model in terms of product knowledge, delivery of the customer experience, sales capability and adherence to operational procedure.

We are seeking candidates that are able to deliver an outstanding customer experience and demonstrate true passion and the very highest standards.

You will be sales focussed, hardworking and inspirational with previous retail management experience at Supervisory or Assistant Manager level.

(Previous product experience is not essential).
