Job Responsibilities:
As a Sales Advisor, you will be:
. Providing excellent customer service and maximising sales performance of the store
. Take ownership and resolve customer issues
· Identify and fulfil customer needs appropriately
· Liaise with internal and external business units on behalf of suppliers
· Ensure all policies are maintained and presentation standards are up held within the store

Preferred Skills:
· Previous experience of the retail/customer service sector would be advantageous, but not essential
· Must have excellent communication skills both face to face and over the telephone
· Proven track record of working well within a team
· Able to demonstrate commitment

· Must be a motivated and flexible individual
