Food Developer

Food Developer role creating new products for a well-known high street food outlet renowned for its innovation.

Our client has seen significant growth since it was established and is well respected for its product development strategy, choice and quality of food offerings. Keeping up to date with trends, this business has provided consumers with a variety of freshly made innovative products for a number of years.

It is now looking for a food developer to join the growing team who can create new and innovative products that help our client stay ahead of the competition. A passion for food is essential as this is a hands-on, creative role. You will be responsible for generating ideas for new products, developing recipes and working with suppliers and the procurement team to source ingredients.

You will be working closely with colleagues and suppliers to launch products in line with critical path and brief requirements. There will be opportunity to work across a number of chilled food categories utilising your creative ability to help drive the business forward.
