The salary for this position is:
Over 18's - £6.91 per hour
Under 18's - £5.30 per hour

About the Role
As a Customer Service Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer who enters the store receives a first class shopping experience. You will be responsible for providing outstanding service whilst delivering high retail standards and store sales.
As a driving force in any store environment, we take the recruitment for this role very seriously, especially when it comes to making our store in Shepton Mallet another Screwfix success.
Your passion for people will shine through, whether you are advising a customer on a great offer or supporting another member of the team. You will be a proactive individual who, when not delivering outstanding customer service, is ensuring the shop front is kept to an exceptionally high standard or brushing up on your product knowledge.
You will ideally have some prior retail experience and be self-motivated, contributing to store targets and driving sales. Ultimately, you will be able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a level of service we are proud to offer.
