Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Wireless Audio Business Unit marketing team for a Product Marketing Manager. The Wireless Audio Business unit is responsible for a wide range of cutting-edge Bluetooth Audio products, including mono and stereo headsets. The marketing team is expanding to introduce new products, provide its customers with up-to-date product information, discuss future product roadmaps and promote its complete software/hardware Bluetooth solutions. The Product Marketing Manager role will involve all aspects of marketing, combined with close interaction with our worldwide customer base.
Responsibilities
? Promote the Bluetooth Audio solutions with our worldwide customer base
? Gather and present market data
? Identify and develop exciting new product opportunities
? Communicate effectively with our sales, field applications, engineering and software development teams.
? Present Bluetooth Audio product roadmaps with customers worldwide
? Specification of Bluetooth Audio products, development kits, software features and reference designs
? Develop sales and marketing collateral, including product briefs, press releases and presentations.
? Work closely with customers, engineering and software development in defining new products and features.
? Regularly visit customers worldwide
? Rapidly develop understanding and relevance of new products and concepts
Experience

Candidates for the Marketing Manager role should have the following experience:
? Substantial experience in marketing high-tech semiconductor products in the embedded software or wireless product space
? A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical subject: Electronics Engineering, Physics, Computer Science or similar
? A strong technical background and/or interest in technology. Previous hands-on semiconductor or software engineering experience desirable
? Previous experience in owning and maintaining high-tech product roadmaps
? Must be pragmatic and a good team player
? Enthusiastic, self motivated and independent personality
? Customer-facing experience essential, preferably in a marketing role
? Willingness to travel regularly
? Marketing education (e.g. CIM or MBA) desirable but not essential
