Description		Our client a Global, Market-leading organisation is looking for an On-line Marketing specialist to work in their offices based very close to Gerrards Cross and Uxbridge ONLINE MARKETING EXECUTIVE The Candidate To be successful in this role you will possess strong project management skills with an excellent understanding of online marketing activities and online technologies. You understand the importance of maintaining an analytical approach and commercial focus within online marketing techniques and appreciate how they support business strategy. Creativity within your approach to work is imperative to ensure online activity reflects the brand's innovative nature. The Role �Managing online marketing campaigns from concept to execution �Managing and liaising with our agencies and European eMarketing team �Analysing website statistics and reporting of online marketing performance in a timely, logical and professional manner �Ensuring consistency and synergy between online and offline channels �Building and publishing web content and managing products online �Development of eCRM programme strategy and database utilisation �Driving application of social networking, online communities and Web 2.0 The Skills �Project management and communication skills �Creation of web pages and graphics using Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS and Photoshop �Understanding of key website metrics and online media buying models �Experience using Google Analytics �Knowledge of the functionality of content management systems �Understanding of search engine marketing techniques and optimisation �Knowledge of best practice eCRM �Strong database management skills �Ability to creatively adapt messages tailored to online communities �Flexible team player �Understanding of Flash would be advantageous Parkside Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
