Description		Associate Director � focus on Transport - High Profile Research Agency Help get the country moving faster! Our client, a leader in social research, now seeks an Associate Director to play a key role in its Transport research team. Working with a variety of high profile clients in the public and private sector, current projects include strategic studies of consumer and commercial customer needs to aid business direction, regional evaluations of new transport initiatives, monitoring of public information campaigns, and local studies exploring the experience and priorities of transport users. In wishing to develop this business area further, they are looking for someone with strong quantitative research credentials, and a genuine interest, or, preferably, background, in transport policy, who is able to develop effective relationships with new and current clients and to deliver insightful research projects to time and budget. Offering solid hands-on experience of project life-cycle management, from briefing to reporting, analytical strengths and influential client facing skills, the successful candidate will also be ambitious, well organised and possess the ability to coach and mentor junior staff. Ideally, he or she will also have some past experience in a market research agency. A great opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic social researcher in a high profile, supportive company.
