Description		With UK turnover reaching circa �300m, a market leader in the aggregates industry with impressive plans for expansion is looking for a Marketing Director who has a minimum of seven years marketing experience in the building products industry. This individual will be tasked with covering the South West, maintaining and developing the corporate image and reputation of a multi-million pound portfolio of clients. The South West Region is currently looking for a Marketing Director tasked with driving market performance and exceeding targets for growth and profitability planning and good commercial marketing strategies being a desired characteristic, whilst being accountable for designing marketing campaigns and other activities to meet allocated targets on products across the territory. Our client is looking for someone with drive and determination to provide systematic marketing information as required by the Chief Operating Officer who also will be looking for someone to implement KPI�s that support company performance objectives in promoting the companies brand. In depth marketing experience within Building Products is a pre requisite. Skills and experience must be demonstrated at interview stage. The desired individual will be an accomplished communicator with excellent influencing skills with the ambition and determination to succeed within an ever growing organisation. Excellent remuneration packages are available.
