Description		Marketing Executive � My client is a leading international value added distributor specialising in secure infrastructure solutions for ebusiness and they are seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join their team. Day to day responsibilities include planning and executing quarterly marketing campaigns, generating and delivering appropriate ROI reports to vendors, completing MDF claims, reviewing yearly advertising opportunities with industry publications, researching and purchasing promotional items for both the company and individual vendors, public & media relations, potential sponsorship opportunities for reseller events and general product / market research. In addition to this you will also be responsible for making sure the company is transmitted to the correct audience and any leads generated are conclusively followed up by the company�s sales team. The company receive marketing support requests on a daily basis and it will be your responsibility to make sure that the customer receives the support they need to generate sales. The typical activities include (but are not exhaustive of): Liaising and building relationships with resellers and vendors Developing advertising opportunities in the trade press Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers, HTML eblasts, company branded materials - this can involve writing and proofreading copy, and liaising with designers and printers Recruitment and management of temporary telemarketers Allocation and long term tracking of leads Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials Maintaining and updating mailing databases Maintaining the corporate website and product focused web portals Organising and attending events and exhibitions Securing vendor sponsorship to assist with the publicity and funding of marketing projects Carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand brand positioning and awareness Evaluating marketing campaigns Monitoring competitor activity Contributing to long-term marketing plans and strategies This role will suit an individual who possesses excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products (including PowerPoint, FrontPage, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and Flash) and is able to work well under pressure and on their own initiative with good
