Description		Associate Director � Consumer Products and Retail Team A friendly and enthusiastic team in a top-5 agency is looking for an experienced and driven researcher to join them at Associate Director level to deliver great insight on one of their major �brand health� global trackers. Your focus would be on maximising the value of research rather than project management and so the ideal candidate must be able to absorb and interpret data within a short time span and have proven ability in delivering in-sight from tracking data. Excellent presentation skills are a must. You would be managing an established and successful team and would be responsible for motivating them (and yourself!) to work well under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines. A significant amount of international travel will be required in this post. An interest in the alcoholic beverage market is absolutely essential; experience of working in this sector would be even better. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone whose real research interest lies in analysis and insight. Applications from client side researchers would be particularly welcome but the post is also suited to an agency researcher who excels at in-sight delivery.
