Description		Project Manager (Telephone) As a Project Manager working within the Client Services Team of a leading market research agency, you will be responsible for managing the fieldwork element of, predominantly, telephone surveys. In order to be a successful Project Manager you will have to ensure that surveys are delivered on time, in budget and to a high quality. You need to be well organised, good at multi tasking and have the ability to prioritise your workload. Trouble shooting may well be required! Good communication skills are essential as you will need to liaise regularly with different departments within the company. A basic understanding of market research and experience of CATI would be a definite advantage. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is currently working in a senior role within a Telephone Centre and now wishes to progress their career by moving into project management. The successful candidate will eventually be trained to manage face to face surveys. SLS Services Ltd operates & advertises as an Employment Agency for permanent positions and as an Employment Business for contract/temporary positions.
