Retail audit research could be an ideal route for you. Our client is a leader in this area of market research. They are now seeking a Senior Account Manager to play a key role in the management of clients in the IT/Telecoms sector. It is the responsibility of the Senior Account Manager to be the product and market expert in a given field. He or she is responsible for servicing all existing clients on his/her product areas, for ensuring the highest quality of deliverables and, hence, for customer satisfaction. In the process, the Manager will seek to grow business with these clients, while also seeking out new business opportunities. To be considered for this role, ideally you will have some background in relevant technology fields and demonstrate strong market and strategic understanding. You must be very sound numerically and analytically, able to present and interpret data effectively to non-research audiences, confident to take full responsibility for accounts. You will be ready to negotiate with new clients and to maximise business. Experience of retail audit research is preferred, but candidates, new to market research, with transferable analytical skills and market knowledge are also very welcome.
