Description		Fantastic opportunity to help define and refine the CRM strategies of my client by looking at various user states to determine what key messaging should be communicated through E mails to increase conversion, incite users to play and increase retention of existing players. The primary responsibilities of the CRM Manager will be to manage the day to day processes to ensure all CRM communication and strategies are being properly implemented.
