Description		IAD (International Account Director) has a pivotal role in assuring the maximum impact of Digital sales and marketing for our international clients. They will build strong client relationships and acts as a trusted partner in planning, execution and evaluation of digital marketing and sales activity. You will need to have a deep knowledge of the clients objectives, product mix, geography and sales channels as the IAD, and you must use this knowledge to give professional recommendations that generate a substantial effect on the clients business. Key Responsibilities: Build client relationships and assure revenue growth Plan, budget and forecast key accounts Conduct contract negotiations Advise clients on new ways to optimise the marketing investment Cross sell and up sell Professional and personal qualifications, and experience needed: University Degree (Business, Marketing or equivalent) A broad experience of online marketing Advertising, Media and Management Consultancy experience Strong negotiation skills Leadership skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong international experience is required Multiple language an advantage Problem solver Results driven Proactive Strong interpersonal skills Analytical and Business focused
