Description		OMS LTD is now filling entry-level sales and marketing positions with no experience necessary. Applicants must be highly motivated, well organized, ambitious, and "people first" oriented. We are looking to expand our management team by training the right people in all facets of our business while leading to rapid advancement opportunity. We do marketing and advertising for some of the best local and regional organizations! We conduct all the sales, marketing and promotions for those clients while ultimately focusing on increasing their traffic flow and bottom-line sales. (No Telemarketing, No Graphic Design) This is a challenging position within a fast-paced environment that moves as quickly as you want to go. The perfect candidate would be a recent college graduate (or someone seeking a fresh start) looking to work hard at establishing a career in marketing and potentially working upwards to a Managers position. On a daily basis you will be promoting our clients products through various marketing stratigies of of which are face to face. You will also have the opportunity to go on the business developement programme, where you will also be doing daily training in all areas of the business - getting you to a management level with in 9 - 12 months. Responsibilities include: - Marketing strategies and sales techniques - Oversee campaign development - Manage customer service, sales people - Run sales meetings - Delegate responsibilities to assistants The following skills are assets: - Organized - Excellent writing and presentation skills - Proven people skills - Leadership RECENT GRADUATES AND EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONALS ARE WELCOME Positions are open immediately and interviews are under way.
