Description		Search Engine Marketing Manager - Colchester, Witham, Chelmsford, Basildon, Harlow - Salary Negotiable Do you have experience of managing medium to large scale campaigns across various search engines? Do you have experience of Search Engine Optimisation? Are you Analytical and have a working knowledge of HTML, Dreamweaver and Photoshop? If you are keen to work for a Market Leader then read on ............... You will report to the IT & Ecommerce Director and be responsible for managing PPC campaigns and SEO Optimisation. Duties: Supervise ecommerce support staff. PPC campaign creation. PPC day to day management and optimisation. SEO campaign creation. SEO day to day management and optimisation. Monitor performance and produce daily/weekly reports. Implement strategies that will promote sales and profit growth. Analyse click, conversion data and ad spend. Manage messaging based on performances of campaigns. Continued testing and optimising of new keywords, ad text, position and landing. Research other PPC/SEO related online marketing opportunities that could be viable. Skills: The ideal candidate will have experience of the following: Managing medium to large scale campaigns across Google, Yahoo, MSN. Keyword researching, setting up campaign structure and managing bids. Conversion optimisation testing including copy and landing pages. Developing a strategy for landing pages. Proven track record of continually improving the SEO of a major digital property Working within a team developing or redesigning a major website Risk managing an existing SEO position Understanding complex SEO solutions Working knowledge of HTML, Dreamweaver and Photoshop. Experience of tracking software with a focus on Coremetrics. Analytical and data driven. Ability to delegate. Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills, both written and oral
