Description		Our client, a global consultancy, are seeking an experienced Conferences & Events Professional to join the Conferencing team to provide support tof delegates and registration processes for world-wide events. You will be highly service oriented to provide the first point of contact to all potential corporate delegates; processing daily registrations; collation of revenue and registrations data for the management team; preparing all delegate lists for circulation; sourcing print suppliers in international locations; manage the procurement and supply of all printed materials; control the shipment of conference publicity and marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in conferences and/or events. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly numerate and accurate. Strong PC skills including Excel, Word and Acrobat Reader. The most important thing about the person that goes into this role is that you are logical, patient, a team player who can handle peaks and troughs in workload. There is the occasional opportunity to travel overseas so a willingness to do this is important. This role is commutable from Portsmouth, Chichester, Fareham, Waterlooville, Petersfield, Havant, Liss, Liphook, Haslemere, Bordon, Alton and Basingstoke.
