THE ROLE
You will be responsible for the development and implementation of profitable strategies that incorporate our Retail Stores, e-commerce and Home Shopping. Your responsibilities will include:

• Drive footfall and customer demand across all retail channels
• Deliver a world class e-commerce site
• Champion Online Digital Marketing Strategy (PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Behavioural targeting, etc)
• Identify and drive opportunities to grow the Home Shopping channel
• Develop and implement the Retail Marketing strategy and communication.
• Develop an Interactive CRM strategy that supports customer lifecycle and all product categories
• Full budget responsibility

EXPERIENCE and SKILLS
Naturally influential with a ‘can do’ approach you will demonstrate effective leadership skills, a commercial, consumer focussed approach and possess a wealth of experience gained within a retail/Ecommerce marketing environment

Strategic yet ‘hands on’, you will already be operating at a senior level within a retail environment where ROI, profitability and commerciality are at the centre of your decision making style.
