1. Minimum 3-5years Product management experience in an IT/Telecoms/AV/Technology company
2. Experience of developing customer & channel focussed propositions & launching new products into corporate markets
3. Entrepreneurial, with good commercial and business process knowledge
4. Numerate & analytical – able to distil & manipulate key information from a variety of sources to solve problems
5. P&L responsibility for Product Revenue, Margin & Profitability(£)
6. Development of new propositions
7. Successful Product Launches
8. Timely Product Information & support for sales
9. Product penetration in selected new target (corporate) markets
