Nuparc has been established since 1975, providing services in recruitment, training, RPO and healthcare.
Due to expansion of our financial training division in St James, we are looking to recruit an online sales and social marketing executive who will be responsible for generating public interest in, and a sufficient level of bookings on our financial training courses.
It is a targeted role and will involve the daily use of social networking and online tools to generate training bookings. The role is sales focussed and not a website development and design position.
The executive will take responsibility for managing and developing the online sales and communication channels for our new general financial courses; and also increasing the online marketing support to our current financial master classes.
General responsibilities of the position will be:
• Management and development of overall online marketing activities
• Creating and managing an online community through use of social media, Linked in, Twitter, Blog, Face book
• Participating in/ generating sector specific online discussions through appropriate social media – blogs, forums etc.
• Link building to the nuparc financial training website
• Setting up and management of Google alerts, FTcom alerts and RSS feeds to gather information and content for daily blogging and campaigns.
• Sending and updating of email campaigns
• Running and development of Google Adword campaigns (PPC and impressions)
• Identification of target audience and gathering of appropriate data
• Following up course information and booking requests
• Handling enquiry phone calls
• Updating of training website
• Reporting on activity
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified, active in the online marketplace, and have proven to generate sales through online communication and marketing techniques. With an inquisitive personality, they will have first hand experience of social networking, blogging, email campaigns, PPC and enjoy communicating daily through social media. They will have strong, first hand experience in social media marketing.
Coupled with good verbal, written, internet and MS Office skills, the ideal candidate will be innovative and continuously working to keep all activities fresh and relevant. Knowledge gained in a training sales environment would be advantageous.
