Leading outsourcing company which provides a wide range of IT services in public and private sectors requires a marketing manager to join their team. This role can be based in either Derby, Nottingham or London with flexibility to work from other offices.

This role requires you to report to the director of marketing and is responsible for supporting the development of an overall marketing plan, as well as being accountable for handling the marketing and communications programmes which focus on the product and solution. You will work with the sales and business development functions and work closely with the central marketing support team, which means you will be required to travel around the UK.

In order to be considered for the role you must have the following:

• Graduate with strong marketing and communications experience, preferably CIM qualified (or studying for CIM.)
• Knowledge of the IT marketplace, preferably gained within an IT products and solutions company with an appreciation of the developing services marketing environment.
• Channel marketing experience in respect to vendor relations and mdf/co-op marketing programmes is preferred.
• Experience of liaising with external marketing agencies.
• The ability to edit, proof read and create sharp, modern and business like copy for PR, brochures, web and internal communications.
• Project/programme management experience.

Ideally you will have the ability to work under pressure and also work to deadlines. Additionally you need the ability to see the bigger picture, as well as excellent interpersonal skills to develop strong relationships internally with partners and staff at any level.
