Confirmation Criteria for New Agents:-

Must have Outbound Cold Calling Experience
Must have an eloquent telephone manor and be capable of explaining the benefits of talking to the sponsors of the survey.

Must work the hours they agree to – preferably 35 per week + breaks
Must have a fixed landline telephone – not a portable with batteries
Must have their own broadband connection (not mobile broadband) and a laptop or pc
Must be able to tie up their landline for an incoming connection for the whole of the working day

Bonus payment schedule for call agents

>= 4 Surveys per hour 15p per survey

>= 5 Surveys per hour 20p per survey

>= 6 Surveys per hour 25p per survey
