The main aims of this role are to provide direct support and assistance to the Business Development Director with Marketing Campaigns, account management, and development and conference organisation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Website administration, development and search engine optimisation
* Directory listing management and coordination
* Ad word management, on line lead generation reporting
* Account management support, setting up meetings and updating client information
* CRM management and data maintenance
* Liaising with suppliers regarding bid requests
* Business development sales support via cold calling and appointment making
* Liaising with marketing agencies/ printers/ promotional suppliers/ PR agencies
* Assisting with organising and planning client entertainment events
* Assisting with organising conference attendance, flights, hotels, competitions,
* Diary management for all directors
* Development of sales literature
The successful candidate will:
* Be a sales/ marketing graduate or equivalent
* Have excellent people skills and be happy to cold call
* Have great organisation skills
* Be well presented at all times
* Be able to prioritise own workload
