Salary £35,000 to £40,000, depending on experience and skills.

Location London. Opportunity to participate in a corporate exchange programme between New York and Singapore offices.

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and detail-oriented PR Account Manager with a strong marketing background to join a rapidly growing team in London.

The role

You will play a pivotal role within this agency, leading strategic public relations programs on a global scale. Dealing with a community of PR professionals you will help support a fast and growing client base.

We are looking for a responsible and positive professional with a confident presence and business style, and 3-4 years of experience in both public relations and marketing to join a multicultural team in London. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with other talented people in a creative, collaborative and fast-paced environment. Also, strong managerial and organisational skills combined with an eye for detail and a down-to-earth and hands-on approach are needed.

Your profile

Minimum 3-4 years PR agency experience (B2B background preferred)
Exceptional English writing skills, with strong grammar and vocabulary knowledge (additional European language skills a plus)
Ability to develop strategic plans to support and consult clients at a high level
Excellent project management skills - ability to manage deadlines and ensure execution of client projects on time
Technical writing experience or journalism background a bonus
Aptitude for and interest in understanding technology-based businesses
Client and media relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel across Europe and to the United States

Responsibilities

Serving as main point of contact with clients; building client relationships and providing strategic counsel on public relations initiatives
Managing 3-4 account teams
Handling day-to-day activity for 2-4 key accounts
Cultivating relationships with key pan-European trade and business media to develop strong editorial coverage
Tracking PR coverage and logging placements into internal database
Working with colleagues around the globe and developing strategies and ideas for campaigns and/or programmes
Working with office Director to manage operations function and staff teams
