Conference Producer- Portuguese/Russian speaking

Our client is one of the leading providers of executive level conferences and meetings for the global real estate sector.
They are currently looking to recruit a x 1 native Brazilian Conference Producer fluent in Portuguese and very good English to further develop certain international events and x 1 Conference Producer fluent in Russian to work on the Russian market.
Your primary responsibilities will be to identify and connect with senior players in the with a specialist industry sector to discuss their issues and develop a credible program, securing confirmations of up to 300 "Discussion chairs" per event. You will have total project management responsibility for 2 events per annum, each of which will have 9 months from beginning to finish.
You will have a strong background in conference production, sales or other high level customer contact roles, with very highly developed interpersonal skills. This is a customer facing role. Above all, you must be confident of conversing with and gaining the respect of CEOs and other high level individuals, in person and on the phone.
You will be required to demonstrate high levels of organization, initiative and urgency. The nature of the business also means you will be working to strict deadlines, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
You will be capable of developing an intellectual interest in the company's business sector, even if you have no current knowledge in the area.

We are also looking for Conference Producer with Russian language speaking excellent English!
